Ever since news dropped about Smith’s potential casting in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, fans have speculated on who he would be portraying. No one has ever confirmed who Smith would be playing, but many fans assumed he would be portraying a clone of Emperor Palpatine, i.e his “son.” Even though Smith is careful not to reveal too much information about the role, (he’s probably signed a lot of NDA’s at this point) he does reveal that it was indeed a pretty seismic one, rather than a small cameo or supporting character....

Players looking to unwind a bit from the chaos of multiplayer now have a few new options including a single player campaign and a newly revamped arcade mode. Like most things in Star Wars Battlefront 2, credits are earned for almost anything and can be used to unlock new content from loot crates to heroes. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order could easily be as huge mess. A game that takes a beloved IP and tries to make it a mashup of Uncharted, Tomb Raider, Dark Souls, and Breath of the Wild sounds like it should lack its own identity while imitating mechanics and tropes that work in those other games. Somehow, Jedi Fallen Order manages to pull it all off. The game delivers challenging combat (with a variety of difficulties to select from), puzzles that will make players scratch their heads, and huge action set pieces inspired by iconic Star Wars locations....

EA, Lucasfilm, and Respawn have confirmed fans will get a “first look” at Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in action in a PR release, confirming there will be a gameplay trailer at The Game Awards. What’s more interesting is that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s release date leaked hours before this confirmation, suggesting its release date will be March 15 or March 16 (perhaps depending on the region). So, it should surprise exactly nobody — unless you're into denying any of that, which would be dumb — that enough Bruins fans responded to Subban's goal with gross, racist nonsense for the team to deem necessary a statement of condemnation....
