According to a leak first reported on by Promobricks, LEGO’s Summer 2022 Star Wars wave will include a buildable BD-1, the adorable droid companion of Jedi Fallen Order’s lead protagonist Cal Kestis. The leaked BD-1 set will apparently appear quite similar to the recent “The Child” set that LEGO released, acting as a half-size brick-built version of the character. Many point to Disney’s utter lack of a plan for the sequels as the studio’s cardinal sin and the reason for the trilogy’s failure. Kasdan believes a second Solo movie would not be picked up by Disney and would be a tough sell.
