Wonder Woman 1984 director Patty Jenkins, confirmed to be directing Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, clarified the issue in a recent interview with IGN. Jenkins said the film she’s making will be an original story. That said, she does say it will be done with “great influence” both from the Rogue Squadron video games and books. Rogue Squadron fans will just have to wait and see how much it pulls....

In a new blog post, the company confirmed that Star Wars Battlefront 2 is getting an overhauled progression system starting on March 21. After that date, progression is going to be completely linear instead of being tied to player star cards. Players now earn experience for classes, ships, and heroes that are played during matches, and when they level up, the player earns 1 skill point that can be used to unlock or upgrade an eligible star card....
Star Wars Battlefront’s free universal patch provides all players with a rank increase from 60 to 70, on top of a new appearance unlock for both Rebel and Imperial sides, which receive a Bespin wing guard and Shock Trooper, respectively.
