The Battlefront 2 - Celebration Edition includes all previous updates and everything that can be unlocked via in-game Credits or premium Crystal currencies. That means this comprehensive package includes, according to EA’s latest Community Transmission blog post, “every Hero Appearance, Trooper Appearance, Emote, Voice Line and Victory Pose,” excepting a handful of pre-order exclusives. Since Star Wars Battlefront 2 has grown substantially since its initial release in November, 2017, that adds up to quite a bit of content, including more than 100 emotes and 90 victory poses....

Tuesday’s Western Conference finals victory over the Sharks renewed memories for a pair of former Blues who played prominent roles on all three of those teams from 1968 through 1970. Larry Keenan and Frank St. Marseille were original members of the Blues, though they took different paths to St. Louis. Keenan was plucked from the Maple Leafs along with Al Arbour and Ron Stewart in the expansion draft, which saw the NHL double in size from six to 12 teams....

Ever since its announcement some seven years ago, Star Citizen has managed to garner widespread attention that easily makes it as one of the most crowdfunded video games of all time. Now, after Cloud Imperium has managed to pull in $240 million from its generous backers alone, a report from Forbes reveals that the studio is quickly losing money while making little progress on the game’s development. Forbes revealed that out of the total $288 million that has graced Cloud Imperium’s bank account, only $17 million remained at the end of 2017....

The staggering deal, which will run from 2018 to 2022, has turned out to be a financial windfall for the BCCI despite the administrative crisis it is facing at the moment. The testimony to IPL’s growth as the premier sporting property of the country is reflected by the fact that the previous 10-year bid for TV rights only was bought by Sony at Rs 8200 crore in 2008. Now, the BCCI stands to earn nearly double that amount in half the duration (five years) with earnings of Rs 3270 crore from IPL media rights per year....

Unlike the Klingons, who have changed appearance several times over the course of the franchise’s TV shows and films, the physical appearance of the Vulcans has more or less stayed the same since Gene Roddenberry’s pioneering, space faring vision: The Original Series. Their pointed ears and stylish, upwards-veering eyebrows have continued as a staple through the show, despite being originally designed to avoid costly prosthetics and make up. Like most life in the universe, the Vulcans are also humanoid in appearance....

However, it’s no surprise that the writers of Star Trek have also created a huge amount of disliked characters. There are those made specifically to hate, like the Borg or the Cardassians. But a lot of the time, characters that were expected to be loved had the opposite effect, like Wesley Crusher or Dr. Palalski. Starfleet captains are potentially the best examples of this. They are expected to be pillars of hope and salvation for all, but often end up rubbing audiences up the wrong way....

Star Trek: Picard has had cameos here and there through its two-season run on Paramount Plus, with more than a few winks and nods towards The Next Generation fans. Some of those have been more overt than others, as Jeri Ryan has had a central part in the show while reprising the former Borg crewmember Seven of Nine. There is of course, Patrick Stewart reprising his role as Captain Jean Luc Picard....

The publisher revealed that Star Wars: Battlefront 2 players will get a chance to play as all kinds of characters from the popular Star Wars era. From villains like General Grievous and Count Dooku, to heroes like Obi-Wan Kenobi, and of course pre-Darth Vader Anakin Skywalker himself, there will be something for all Clone Wars fans. The game will also introduce Geonosis, a planet from the famous conflict, as a playable location....
