The belief is that she is a clone comprised of the DNA of some of the most powerful Force users in existence, which would go a long way in explaining why she has such immense power despite having little to no training....

Starbucks will now permit its workers to wear attire that expresses solidarity with the ongoing demonstrations nationwide that began after Floyd’s death last month in Minneapolis police custody. Additionally, the company will distribute T-shirts and pins for employees to show their support for the protesters. Although Starbucks has expressed on its website its support for Black Lives Matter, an internal note obtained by BuzzFeed News and circulated earlier this week said employees were prohibited from wearing anything that expressed sympathy for the movement....

Stanley Cup Final 2019 Bruins David Krejci Makes Unbelievable Block To Save Goal

Down 1-0 in the closing seconds of the second period, forward David Krejci made an unbelievable block on an open net to keep the deficit at one going into the second intermission. On the play in question, defenseman Torey Krug tried to clear the puck but whiffed on a pass and got tangled up with a Blues player in his own zone. Pat Maroon then corralled the puck and put a pass in front of the net to Alex Pietrangelo....

At the start of the playoffs, the pick here was Blackhawks over Lightning in six. Now that the matchup has come to pass, though, we’re getting pulled in two directions. Star Trek Exploring The Conditional Love Of The Federation

This, in part, was inevitable. There are only so many stories one can tell about good guys versus oddly humanoid bad guys, each representing two distinct sides, before things get boring. Adding depth and betrayal, treason and spies in Starfleet, resulted in the much-needed diversity in storytelling the show needed. However, one such dark side of the Federation was much more subtle. From the very start, the Federation was supposed to embody peace and harmony throughout the galaxy, uniting cultures and species together as one....

Star Trek The Next Generation Who Was Chief Of Engineering Before Geordi Laforge

It’s a fair assessment that season one of TNG was a bit of a disaster. This was due to various conflicts of interest between creator Gene Roddenberry and the rest of the writers, as well as an unfortunately timed writers strike that forced producers to use old or discarded material. Another problem was that the characters had not quite found themselves yet. While characters like Data and Picard stayed fairly true from beginning to end, others like those of Riker, the Klingon warrior Worf, and LaForge were not quite there yet....

Star Trek What Is Q

To understand the Q, it’s important to get confusing terminology out of the way. The Q are a godlike race of highly advanced beings with power over time, space, and the fabric of reality itself, with the ability to alter it to their whim. They exist within the Q continuum, an extradimensional plane of existence. Q is also, confusingly, the name of each individual being within the Q continuum, the most notable Q being played by the enigmatically playful John de Lancie, but other actors have played other Q’s over the course of the franchise....

Star Wars Kotor Remake Should Keep The Story But Little Else

But when KOTOR and its influence are brought up, its narrative elements tend to dominate the conversation. There’s a good reason behind KOTOR’s outstanding reputation: Its story is fantastic. Its gameplay has not held up quite as well....
