As of today, anyone willing to put down the money will be able to purchase t-shirts designed by the show’s animation studio, Titmouse, with a new design revealed every week as each successive episode airs. Fans will be able to buy each shirt separately for $20 over the course of the 10 episode season, or plonk down $180 up front for the whole set, saving $20 right away, and receiving a bonus 11th shirt for free. This offer is only available until August 12, however, so time is running out.

The series is being produced by CBS’ Eye Animation Studios and animated by Titmouse, with showrunner Mike McMahan taking the reins. Titmouse is a rather prolific studio, with a huge number of credits, some of its more notable work being recent The Venture Bros. seasons and the legendary main title sequence to Avatar: The Last Airbender. Mike McMahan is best known for his work creating Solar Opposites with Justin Roiland, which may explain Star Trek: Lower Decks’ uncannily similar art-style.
The basic premise of the show centers around the support staff on one of “Starfleet’s least important ships,” the U.S.S Cerritos. The cast has to navigate both their own difficult social lives and deal with occasional high concept sci-fi shenanigans. Not everyone can work on the Enterprise, ok?
When the show finally launches on August 6, each new episode will premiere weekly exclusively on CBS All Access for the subscription price of $6 a month. Subscribers also receive access to the shows Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Picard, in case there are concerns of not getting enough Star Trek value for your money. Finally, for the super-fans, the aforementioned exclusive “Lower Deckers Shirt Collective” subscription is available until August 12, with individual shirts available as each episode releases.
