6 Lina Soh
Lina Soh was a Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic, holding office during 232 BBY. She was a powerful individual best known for her ambition, perseverance, and admirable selflessness. These virtuous qualities made Soh a charismatic and stalwart leader respected by the Galactic Republic and beyond. During her term, Soh sought to inspire galaxy-wide peace and unity. Doing so required the Galactic Republic to expand to the Outer Rim, the unfamiliar and precarious edge of the known galaxy.

To achieve this noble mission, Soh initiated a group of projects known as the Great Works. These undertakings included technological innovation, galaxy-wide construction, and diplomatic treaties. However, the foundation of Soh’s plight for widespread unification was the Starlight Beacon - a space station built in the center of the Dark Zones. This magnificent construct acted as a guide, allowing safe passage between the Core Worlds and the Outer Rim. Being such a prominent figure in the High Republic Era, Soh should appear in Star Wars Eclipse.
5 Avar Kriss
Avar Kriss was a Master of the Jedi Order, serving the Galactic Republic during the High Republic Era. She was a wise figure revered for her nobility, selflessness, and uncompromising compassion. These admirable traits made Kriss an exemplary Jedi, one who inspired all within the Jedi Order. Her excellence granted her the opportunity to join the Jedi Council, yet she humbly refused. Kriss did so because she enjoyed serving on the Galactic Frontier, the frontline of the Galactic Republics’ expansion efforts.

While serving on the Galactic Frontier, Kriss played a pivotal role in counteracting the Nihil Uprising. Through her efforts, Kriss saved countless lives from the Nihil’s terroristic attack that threatened the Hetzal system. Thus, earning her the title “Hero of Hetzal” alongside the position of Marshal, the overseer of the Starlight Beacon. From then on, Kriss dictated her efforts towards defending the Galactic Frontier from the Nihil and the Drengir threat. She was the most renowned Jedi of the High Republic Era; thus, she should appear in Star Wars Eclipse.
4 Marchion Ro
Marchion Ro held the position of Eye of the Nihil - leader of the notorious marauders - during the High Republic Era. He was a wicked individual feared for his ruthlessness, cunning, and unsettling presence. These nefarious characteristics made Ro a dangerous individual, dreaded throughout the galaxy. Such an imposing figure earned the respect of the Nihil and others sympathetic to his cause. Thus, granting Ro the influence needed for his plight against the Galactic Republic and, consequently, the Jedi Order.

With the support of the Nihil, Ro executed numerous attacks on the Galactic Republic in response to their expansion efforts. The first and most notable aggression was the Great Hyperspace Disaster, which resulted in the deaths of innumerable individuals. This terroristic assault was one of many, as Ro continued his adamant and vengeful mission against the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order. He was the most infamous and feared figure in the galaxy during the High Republic Era and, as such, deserves to appear in Star Wars Eclipse.
3 Yoda
Yoda was a Grand Master of the Jedi Order, serving the Galactic Republic during the High Republic Era - and beyond. He was an enlightened figure admired for his wisdom, purity, and connection to the Force. Such exemplary attributes garnered Yoda much favor within the Jedi Order, making him its most influential figure. Thus, the Jedi Order entrusted him in overseeing many of its affairs, imposing a great deal of responsibility upon the Jedi Grand Master. However, Yoda temporarily forewent his duties, following the guidance of the Force.

Yielding to the direction of the Force, Yoda took a leave of absence to supervise the Star Hopper, a Jedi cruiser holding Padawans and younglings. Here he would help train novice Jedi, molding them into knowledgeable and righteous wielders of the Force. During his travels on the Star Hopper, Yoda aided the Galactic Republic in minimizing the catastrophe resulting from the Great Hyperspace Disaster. Considering his role during the High Republic Era - and his reveal in the trailer - Yoda is almost guaranteed to appear in Star Wars Eclipse.
2 Jabba The Hutt
The Hutt Clan was a collection of powerful criminal families that played a significant role during the High Republic Era. This nefarious organization was ambitious in its desire to rule over the Outer Rim, unhindered by the Galactic Republics’ influence. The Hutt Clan orchestrated many plots against the Galactic Republic to thwart their expansion. However, there were vies for power within the criminal organization as well. Such bold attempts to elevate status were conducted by various members, although the most notable is Jabba the Hutt.

During the High Republic Era, Jabba the Hutt made great strides for influence in the Hutt Clan. The most noteworthy is the attempted sabotage of negotiations between the criminal organization and the Jedi Order. Jabba the Hutt employed outlaws to commandeer the Jedi’s ship and use it to aggravate the Hutt Clan. Although the purpose of this disruption is unclear, it likely was to heighten Jabba the Hutt’s status. Given his growing influence in the Outer Rim during the High Republic Era, Jabba the Hutt should appear in Star Wars Eclipse.
1 Maz Kanata
Maz Kanata was a renowned pirate queen during the High Republic Era. She was a wise individual revered for her neutrality, acceptance, and adherence to equity. Such qualities are what allured smugglers to Kanata’s scoundrel haven on Takodana. Her home acted as a refuge for rogues of all beliefs, alignments, and species. Thus, earning Kanata the title of pirate queen among various morally questionable individuals of the galaxy. Her unique status among pirates garnered the attention of the Nihil, however.

Upon hearing of Kanata’s influence, the Eye of the Nihil - Marchion Ro - sought to prove his superiority with a demonstration. Ro orchestrated an attack on a Jedi Temple on Takodana, seeking to undermine Kanata’s rule and bolster his own. Fortunately, Jedi Master Sav Malagan aided the pirate queen, driving back the Nihil and calling for reinforcements. Thus, maintaining Kanata’s rule and thwarting Ro’s attempt at garnering influence. Being such a prominent individual during the High Republic Era, Kanata should appear in Star Wars Eclipse.
