It will be preceded by stealth game Aragami 2, which is joining the service on September 17. The other two games that were confirmed to be coming to Xbox Game Pass during the recent presentation were Pupperazzi and Library of Ruina. Pupperazzi is a game about taking pictures of dogs, whereas Library of Ruina is a strangle game described as a “Library Battle Simulation.” Both games are definitely experimental titles, which should make them perfect fits for the Xbox Game Pass lineup of games.
Out of the six games mentioned during the latest Xbox indies showcase, the headliner is certainly Stardew Valley. Despite being over five years old at this point, Stardew Valley remains an incredibly popular game, which is a testament to its quality. Developer ConcernedApe has released multiple updates for Stardew Valley since its launch, making it an even higher quality experience than it was before.
One of the most notable updates was Stardew Valley’s multiplayer mode, which should see a lot more use now that the game is coming to Xbox Game Pass. Unfortunately, a specific date for Stardew Valley’s Game Pass debut wasn’t mentioned, but fans should be able to expect it within the next few months.
Stardew Valley will help pad out what should be an absolutely stellar fall for Xbox Game Pass. Besides the critically-acclaimed farming sim, Xbox Game Pass subscribers also have the aforementioned Aragami 2 to look forward to this fall, along with the open world racing game Forza Horizon 5 and the highly-anticipated Halo Infinite. Microsoft is going all-out to ensure that Xbox Game Pass is a must-have for Xbox gamers, and that is clearly evident based on the Xbox Game Pass lineup.
